Terms of use for Sporttáp

1. The service

Sporttáp (sporttap.darwinai.hu) is a meal-planning and education web app for parents of child athletes, operated by DarwinAI. The launch version is free to use.

2. Not a medical service

Content is an example and general education; it is not personalised medical, dietetic or health advice and does not replace a paediatrician or sports dietitian. Seek a professional for any health complaint, known condition, suspected iron deficiency, loss of appetite, persistent fatigue or very high training volume. Suggestions are applied at the user’s own responsibility.

3. Account

Only parents/guardians aged 18+ may create an account and are responsible for credentials and data accuracy.

4. Content and IP

Recipes, modules, illustrations and software belong to DarwinAI; private use is permitted. Food data derive from verified composition tables with sources shown; values are estimates.

5. Availability, changes

Provided “as is”; we aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Features and content may change after professional review.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator excludes liability for indirect damages. The user agrees not to use the app in a way that endangers a child’s health (e.g. for dieting).

7. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time in Profile. The operator may suspend access in case of abuse.
