How it works

From training schedule to daily menu – step by step

Sporttáp is not a calorie counter but a decision aid: it builds the day’s meal timeline from the child’s profile, weekly sessions and races, and attaches a “Why?” to every suggestion.

Profile in 3 minutes

Nickname, date of birth, sex (for reference values), sports, allergens, disliked foods, school lunch. Optional dated weight and height – growth background, not a goal.

Weekly training template

Weekday, start–end, session type and load. The calendar turns the template into concrete days.

Daily plan

The day type (rest, easy, training, hard, two sessions, race) selects the pattern. A snack 60–90 min before and recovery 15–60 min after the session are placed automatically.

Swaps and shopping

Allergen-safe alternatives for the same meal role. Ingredients of the weekly menu merge into one list in household units.

Diary: plan vs. actual

“As planned”, “ate something else” (free text, interpreted with AI), “skipped”. Missed sessions are marked afterwards; the template is never damaged.

Race: 72 hours + race day

D−3, D−2, D−1 guidance, a race-day timeline computed from the start time (main meal T−3h, optional snack T−60, water T−10, recovery 0–60 min), packing list, printable one-pager.
